Automatic pick-up+Hand-free Speaker

Hi , i was wondering if there is any way to have my XDA II , AUTOPICK Calls and automatically enable the HANDFREE speaker.

This will be great when you are driving or busy doing something else and the phone is away from you.

Yep, under the options of telephone, automatic answer without pressing a button afte x rings

Set-up, Telefoon, More (translated from German, so it could be a bit different)

Yes the option is there but it doesn't work. It doesn't pickup the phone automatically.
Have tried it with or without a BT headset but both with no result.
