SX56 AT&T OLD VER A.20 how unlock ????

hi all ..

i m new in this forum ..i check all forum and now i try my self many tiems but every time i get error to unlock my phone ..

problem is when i try to upgarde it from useing XDA-developers-SER-v12

its show error that my sx56 ver is A.20 and its cant upgarde to 3.17..

man what i do i have to unlock it ..
