ClockworkMod Touch Recovery v6.0.3.2 with OTG USB Support
Use Rom Manager for best results when backing/restoring...
USB OTG Info:
USB OTG will show up as external_sd. If external_sd is not mounting, reboot recovery. You must enter recovery with usbdisk already inserted.
Installation:
Unlock bootloader at http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader/
Make sure fastboot is unchecked in power options and turn phone completely off
Boot into HBOOT then Fastboot
From fastboot. Use command "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
OR
Flash via Rom Manager(must have root already).
SuperSU released the updated version 1.34. Can root with

To gain root on stock rom. Flash recovery in fastboot then flash this inside of recovery. There are two root programs. Superuser and SuperSU. Both are listed.

Hello, I used TWRP to root the HTC One M7 with SuperSU 1.25, not the SuperSU has stopped working. What can I do to use ClockWorlkMod? and which version of CWM should I use?
Just boot into recovery and flash cwm superuser.zip, it's always good practice to wipe cache and dalvik cache after. I prefer koushs cwm zip over supersu and have flashed it many times on any ROM that was previously rooted with supersu. It completely removes supersu on its own when u flash cwm.zip in recovery. It's that easy

Windows 8 too? Because my computer wont recognize my device after installing Sync so i get an error when doing the cmd prompt....

at least when i'm in fastboot it wont recognize, so it just gives me the error.

not working right
i can get into cwm recovery but i cant access everthing to flash su. . the only folders that show up are 0, gpu, audio, mms, video, weather. it is also saying it cant open any of the logs in cache. I did update to sense 4.3 before doing any of this, but i dont see how that would effect the recovery. bootloader is unlocked and says tampered help. btw ive even tried twrp but that wont even boot it says entering recovery and then just boots the os.

i used cwm to wipe cache and factory reset and now phone is stuck on boot screen. It was easier rooting my evo 3d doing the brick method

I did a quick search to see if this was answered, but didn't find anything to my satisfaction. So, is m7att CWM Recovery at v 6.0.4.3 while M7ul is at 6.0.4.4?
Is there any difference? Should I be using one over the other if I've done a full GPe conversion?

Hmmm....try this,
Extract recovery.img from the downloaded recovery. Place the extracted recovery.img in your working folder, same folder fastboot is in.
Make sure usb debugging is checked on your phone, reboot to fastboot, plug it in to pc, make sure your phone says fastboot-usb
Open command prompt window, and cd to your working folder. Now type
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Hit enter
Type it exactly like that. If that doesnt work, i dont know bro? Maybe check drivers.

It shows you all possible options. Just select the top option under install/update. The other options are available if you want to use rom manager with another recovery.
