randomly soft reset

Hi!

My XDA working fine since 3 months, but since 1-2 weeks randomly soft resetting, when I pressing the turn on button. This event is 0 to 10 times/day .

Before automatically resetting, the incomig calls fail. When I have a call, then my XDA not ringing, and looks like my phone turned off.

I tried hard reset, I don't installad ANY program - doesn't changed anything.

Only one suspicious thing occured: I dropped down my XDA to the floor, but I can't remember when. (Before the trouble, or after the trouble.)

Is this a hardware problem? If the answer is Yes, then how can I repair my favorit XDA?

Or my be radio stack problem? Do You think, this trouble repairable whith radio stack upgrade?

If You have any idea, please help!
