help in updating the new rom from i-mate

can someone attach the xda2nbftool.exe with -t option I try to download from http://www.xs4all.nl/~itsme/projects...da2nbftool.exe but this site is blocked in Saudi Arabia, it is bad to be here in Saudi Arabia most of important web sites is blocked ....... pls somebody help me to have this file

i guess if you did a little search you will find it.

anyway thanks to itsme who attached this file on one of his answers to our colleague rpc from Saudi Arabia as well who got the same problem few months a go.
