Need help with multiwindow bug!

Need help with multiwindow bug!
I use MultiIE, I got used to it, but it keeps closing inactive windows! I recently changed from SER (worked OK) to 4.01.16 WM2003 - and it does this! is there anything I can do about it?
By the way, in SER 1.2 there was a tweaker, which increased the connection window so the download ran faster - what was it called?

I just found out it has nothing to do with multiple windows! it's a bug in PIE - the inactive window closes itself in 10-20secs even if the window is the last one but I'm using another aplication!
People, HELP! Has anyone met something like this? :cry:
