Accidently thanked your comment...

Updating your hboot or bootloader doesn't have anything to do with your phone camera.

Blurred images is a hardware fault.

Camera version is up to 4.0.5.

I managed to solve the problem as follows:
1 - locate the folder data / dalvik / and delete all files with the name "camera".
2 - reboot
3 - download lyapota_HTCCameraJB_4.5_Plus_Extrim_Ver6.5.zip this site: ...........
4 - Install the downloaded file for recovery.
5 - reboot and is already happy!

:D:cowboy::good:

seems the file is down!
does anyone have it still and could upload it again?
im having some problems running stock cam, so wanted to try this one.
google also doesn't help.
thnx in advance

    Friends after I updated the firmware on my camera was 1:35 with a terrible quality. Look at the pictures. Someone could tell me why?
    There are other people who are also having the same problem, but can not find answers in this link http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2264896
