need help building pnewbootloader for 4.01.16

Hi

I wiped out my bootloader somehow while attempting to downgrade it via SD card method.

pnewbootloader is not working ROM version 4.01.16

I am trying to change pnewbootloader to add support for this final t-mobile version. Can someone help with details on the FLASH start address calculation/lookup.

any body know how to get the flash addresses listed in the code. I was scanning through all of ROM using pmemdump. but no luck
