Looking for serial Y-cable for XDA II capable for charging i

As many others I read this forum very often and find most of the discussions very helpful. Now it's my turn to make my first post :lol:

I have XDA II and Garmin eTrex Vista GPS receiver. I would like to connect those and to use them in my car. For this purpose I'm looking for a serial Y-cable for XDA II (not I!) that is capable to charge the PDA from the cigarette power plug in the car.

Somewhere I saw Y-cable that was a combination between Serial and USB cable, but it was AFAIR for XDA I and I think that it was mentioned that it cannot charge XDA II.

So, where can I get such a cable? I live in Germany.
