Default How to make WM2003 identify itself as WM2003SE ? [REPOSTED]

Ok..
I was having some dificulties making a certain application work with the SRS made by ABC and some other users..
This application (MultiIE) has support for landskape view, but does not enable it unless it's able to detect the precence of WM2003SE..

Now, there was one guy..
He had the solution:

* Take a ROM
* Extract a file
* Change a offset value from 14 to 15
* Fix file CRC
* Re-compile (with enctryption)
* Install on device..

He allso told me to post my MultiIE file, to see what it was looking for..
Maybe even patch it..

So I'm kinda hoping he'll show up..
'Caus it seemed like he knew what he was talking about..

If I could only remember the nick..
