Flash on Motorola MPx200

How can open image file (*.img) on update from Windows 2002 to 2003?
In this file is all file need to firmware update .
I can do flah with lokalization and MMS ops: .

this site is really mostly about the HTC pda's so it's not surden that anybody have any idear about other pdaphones and how they are modified or upgraded
