I do not know the details but iGio90 was banned from XDA for unauthorized use of features

I think there are some disputes and he was alleged like theft another work

Maybe i dont fully understand but ,in every big industrial company patents are being copied after a while and reselled,even in millitary ,countries steal from its other,so i geuss someone could use elses work to make his better and make money from it,he should ask for permission before though,so i think he did something wrong yes but if someone gets an example from others and get even better, then thats the purpose of knowledge ,cause its for everyone,but again i dont know how big the steal was.
