QTEK 9060 - please HELP (QTEK 9090) - NOKIA Profiles? ROM?

I have bought QTEK 9060 two weeks ago. I have only short-time experience, but I'd to know more about this PDA and related PDA with base of HTC Blue Angel as also known under names QTEK 9090, PDA2k and others.



I have tried to find any support/upgrades/accessories for this concrete model QTEK 9060, but I did not to find anything. On www.htc.com.tw is nothing usable, as well as, in other sites (what I found) is only "little" support for comparable PDA with another names of Blue Angel as stated above, but I did not to find anything for my concrete type QTEK 9060.

In respect thereof I am trying to find any accessible information related QTEK 9060 and/or his equivalent.

In case I'd to know what difference is for example between QTEK 9060 and QTEK 9090 or mentioned models.

As well, I have seened on this forum many posts about upgrading ROM from version .... to ....., but I'd to know whether I also can use these upgrades for my QTEK 9060.

Otherwise, I am very satisfied with this PDA. Everyday, I am discovering new usable applications and functions. Every recommendations for usable and best application are also welcome.

Currently, I have problem that I can not to find MIDlet manager in Programs menu. I remember that this application was installed on my first start of this PDA, and I did not remember that I was uninstall this program. Maybe, it is missing after installing another application, but I'd to know where I can download this application in order to have again JAVA support (or another way in order to activate program what I have before installed as base program in QTEK).

I have still not used Hard Reset, only Soft Reset, because I have done a lot of work, instalation and adjustments and I do not have "appettite" to do it again. I am using a big databases mainly in Contacts (thousands contacts multiply min. 2-5 tel. numbers/addresses/notes, etc), Tasks... As well, hitherto I did not have reason to do Hard Reset - everything is working normally (sometimes some program crach, but Soft Reset always solve these problems - as yet).

I am long-time customer of NOKIA phones and I get accustomed to NOKIA Profiles. I had splitted contacts to conrete Groups with concrete settings as Ring tone, Volume for each group and splitted between Profiles - what Group will be active in which Profile. In my QTEK I can not to find any way to set up my contacts and to split to groups and to assign to concrete Profiles. Does anybody to know any application - similar to NOKIA Profiles for this PDA ?

I have read out some information about Pocket Zen Phone, NOVOSEC SMARTFilter, JGUI Phone Profiles, .mobile Contacts Phone Edition ..., but each program have anything what I need, but I did not to find one program with all similar function as NOKIA Profiles. Does anybody have any experience with this problem ? I'd have again "silent time" for specified group of people from my "big" database of contacts for concrete time period selected for concrete situation = profile. All recommendations are welcome.

EDGE - Does anybody to have any experience with flashing ROM and EDGE support for this type of PDA ? ...
