i'm on vodafone uk contract and cannot surf the net or use mmsn messenger i put tomtom on and cannot connect to gps anyone help plz

Have you got GPRS enabled on your account?

yes when i put my sim card back in my old fone i can connect straight away to the net

Hey
did you set up a connection for gprs in the connection tab.
the settings are as folloes.
APN: internet
Username: web
password: web
Once you made a connections it shown all work ok.

i will try this i have sent my fone back to be checked over i got a cab file from i mate for vodafone contract and that never woked thanks for ur help...//can u plz tell me if i put tomtom satalite navagation will i have to buy any other bit to connect to my fone to let me use tomtom....many thanks john
