im so confiuse now!

i've got v6.22 wallaby boot loader
Rom : 3.17.03 ENG
Rsu: 4.21

i've got no signal
and yesterday the batt is low and it get stuck! its crash! the LCD is blank but the lights key still on! but wallaby said GSM OK!

im a newbie with XDA, i've been netting around and everybody talk about flashing xda in walllaby v5.15 or 5.17

is there any chance to flash my XDA? and bring my xda alive again with signal ful on his screen??

will you tell me the step by step insructions for flashing?:cry:
which tools will i need for?
