You need to go to lumpistefans kitchen, build a rom and choose sd card flashing from the menu at base of screen, once you download and unzip the file, you will need xdatools, choose the unzipped file as source and choose your sd card as destination from the drop down, this will be the drive letter assigned to your card through a card reader writer, once the sd card is created as a bootable device just put it in the phone, push reset while holding power and then push the centre of the 4 way rocker when asked if you wish to proceed.
Thank god I am an atheist.

You have to unlock your phone.
What version of rom have you installed?
You can try the xdaunlock tool for unlocking.

Check the label on the back of your device if it's writen PW10A1 then go to bootlader and change the Gsm frequency to 900 or 1800 Mhz depending on your gsm provider or if it was PW10B1 change it to 1900 MHZ.. good luck now
