XDA III Unlock?

Hello everyone ,
i have T-Mobile Xda II i was unlock it with tool(xda2unlock) from this site , now i am thinking to get XDAIII , i did search but i cant find any tool for unlock it i just find xdaIII ext.rom unlock is this same thing or there is not anyway to unlock XDAIII yet?

Does anyone know if there's a sim unlocking software for the 02 XDA2s?

I think there is no tool for sim unlock at XDAIII , maybe somebody say to me is the unlock code working ?

I managed to get the unlocking code from 02 after begging them due to me flying to the states and using a different simm card in the phone.

Do you know who could do a software to unlock the MDA III? And who created the software xda2unlock.exe and how could I ask for the new software to him? Thanks.
