Can I apply the patch to a Dell Axim X30?

How do I get the high quality audio service to show on a Dell X30? I don't know how to apply the cab files.

copy the cab files onto your x30 and click on it in file explorer and it will automatically install. Soft reset the X30 and it the high quality audio profile should now be in the list.

Thanks! - I did that - after putting the headphones in pairing mode (blinking red and blue), now it shows the service in Bluetooth manager. It gets as far as asking for the pairing code, I type in 0000,
then it fails, saying 'unable to establish a connection. Please make sure the device is enabled and in range. Also verify
that the requested service is available."

What am I doing wrong?

I had to disable the security and authentication on the XDAIIs to get it to work.

Still no go

It ALMOST works - I've disabled the authentication and encryption for the BT connection, but it still does not find the service on
the headphones during pairing. Is there anything else I can do?
