Qtek S100, screeen flickers and align **** up ?

AS the topic. today i woke up and was supposed to turn the alarm of, but it didnt, the align was wrong, and the whole screen flickers (brighter)
then it went back to normal, and then started flicker again, its the whole screen that flickers, and its like a bad reception on the TV. horisont lines walking up and down brighter than the setting.

anyone ?

Seems like a hardware prob to me.
Try soft and hard reseting.
When you press the screen does it change anything ?
Prob you'll have to send it back for replacement...
