HBH-300 and XDA2; accessing the wrong mic?

The HBH-300 has two microphones; one for voice and one for noice cancelling.. When I use the HBH-300 with my XDA2, it seems that the sound transmitted to the phone is the one facing away from my mouth. This shouldn't be possible, but it seems to be the most logicall situation. The HBH-300 transmits most of the noice around me, and very little of my voice. When I use the same HBH-300 with my T68, it's perfect! Any thoughts or similar experiences? 10 out of 7 people don't see the logical error in this signature: "I wish I could be naive... ...and right!" -Me
