Just got the 4.4.2 update on my dev edition. I don't know if it was available before, but I checked for updates manually and voilá!

I just got the update notification on my dev edition to upgrade to 4.4.2 (4.19.1540.4). It's about 312.22 mb in size.

Will download at night using my Wi-Fi at home & update you all.

Same here. I didn't automatically get it. I was in a very very boring meeting and was just playing with my phone. And I happened to check for updates and Bingo!!
