BT LCD blinks bizarrely

Ok the hungry ghost festival is still way long to go. Do u guys experience BT LCD automatically blinks out of sudden for 2 times or more itself although you are 100% sure the BT is turned OFF!!!

I'm sure i switch off the BT but while playing around with the xda2, the BT LCD blinks (2 times) itself..This is very annoying.

Could it be the radio stack i'm currently using got to do wif this bizarre situation or anyone of you has the solution for it...

IF my suspect is true than what version of RAdio stack should i apply?
