Default Himalaya : recording calls???

Anyone figure this out yet?

I have tried all of the suggestions on here and none work??

Hi there,

I'm not sure if i'm right, but i've read that the Himalaya (XDA2) can't record voice from phone calls.

Actually there is a way to record them, but you need to activate the speakerphone. The built-in mike will be able to pickup the sounds coming from the speakers, hence the two-way recording of voice calls. :wink:

Yes that's how it works for the Magician too.
But you don't have to put the speakerphone on.
