QTek 2020i: /Storage is write protected

Yes, the /Storage but not /Extended_ROM.
As a result - I cannot use this memory at all. Any attempt to write fille into /storage fails with "The media is write protected" message.
Already tried the following:
-Hard Reset
-Hard Reset without extended rom installation (using soft reset before extended rom installation starts)
-Flash Format /storage (failed with "unable to access storage card in exclusive mode" even after soft reset with empty /windows/startup folder)

Is anybody have an idea how to write-unprotect the /Storage ?

What did you do before have this status ?

Nothing illegal. The situation is right "out of the box"

Anyway - the problem is resolved for me: the device was replaced and everything is ok now.

Hope this was accidential...
