Sure it is on every page though. Just says "Safe mode" in the bottom left corner with a grey transparent box around it.

Access it via pc using adb.

Maybe you should just send it in for repair you don't seem too knowledgeable in this area. Is it still under warranty??

Thank you for checking this again! I haven't made any progress - my mom uses the phone during the day, however I have it now. I installed the 64-bit JDK and the android SDK doesn't recognize it as being installed. I'm going to install the x86 JDK and see if that fixes it. My pc is 64-bit but it may be because of the different program files folders.
