Just use the all in one tool kit and choose the gb option for partition, and smart flashing will do...

So when I change it in the toolkit, I will not be able to start over in ICS then how is the phone starts after switching the partition?

You will still be able to use CM 10/CM10.1....forgot to tell you that...you can use the GB in as you are in Old bootloader and GB partition.
But, can I ask you why you want to swtich over? If it is to return the device, then google V10 Stock ROM NVFlash from Paul from Modaco site. That will be a perfect GB Stock ROM without any extra effort and also the old boot loader+GB partition all in one go.
You can also try this: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1472515 Civato makes almost near to Stock ROM and perfectly smooth&stable.

Hope this helps you and maybe you can PM if you need any more help.

Procedure performed by toolkit to return to the old bootloader, first time I had problems to fix internal sd because the computer did not recognize the phone then redid the procedure of putting in place the CWM and TWRP then worked, after I installed the rom v20q by smartflashtool and now have a mobile fast again! \ o /
Thank you for your help and patience.

Guys, I need to go back to stock rom 2.3, currently I'm with the ROM ICS (http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2076882&highlight=stock+ics) with the new bootloader, I wonder if I can install the stock rom 2.3 by smartflashtool directly or need to do some other procedure?

I thank anyone who can help.
