First, when I begin installing LG Flash Tool 1.3.77.21, which is the only version I can find online, maintenance mode pops up asking me to repair or unintall Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistribution. I choose to repair it, which I believe is the correct choice, and afterwards it tells me the setup is complete and that Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 redistribution has been successfully repaired.

Second, I go on to run LGFlashTool 1.3.77.21 and a box pops up which says "LG USB/Parallel Lock Key is not detected!!" and when I click okay a login box pops up with Country, ID, and Password sections.

My question is what do I do now sense I don't have an ID or password, and is there a way to bypass this part and get into the FlashTool so I can use it?

You need to edit your post and remove those keys. It's against the rules dude.
