Guys I was doing a bit of modding to my mini S3 i8190 with CM10.1, just to try installing a kernel OC Xperia U, restarting the phone i have the SIM NO INSERT. Settings / Info / Baseband = XXXX, IMEI: null / null etc ...
PLEASE could you help me ... if you want to insert the script used by the kernel installed that allowed me to OC to 1.15 ghz!.

ui_print("| Phantom Kernel |");

ui_print("Wiping Dalvik Cache...");
run_program("/sbin/busybox", "mount", "/data");
run_program("/sbin/busybox", "rm", "-rf", "/data/dalvik-cache");
ui_print("Dalvik Cache Wiped...");

ui_print("Flashing The Kernel...");
assert(package_extract_file("kernel.elf", "/tmp/kernel.elf"),
write_raw_image("/tmp/kernel.elf", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p9"),
delete("/tmp/kernel.elf"));

Oh, that wasn't the best thing to do.
Kernel for i8190 goes to:
ui_print("");
show_progress(0.100000, 0);
show_progress(0.100000, 40);
ui_print("Flashing Kernel");
assert(package_extract_file("boot.img", "/tmp/boot.img"),
show_progress(0.100000, 70);
write_raw_image("/tmp/boot.img", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p20"),
show_progress(0.100000, 90);
delete("/tmp/boot.img"));
show_progress(0.100000, 100);
ui_print("Done");

I have no idea of what's in "dev/block/mmcblk0p9". Maybe someone else knows?
My advice is to first flash stock recovery through cwm or twrp.
Flash stock firmware in odin.
Use dialpad and enter *#*#0011#, use menu button and choose "back" , menu and "back" again. There you should have an option to rebuild/restore NV.
I doubt it will work but you can try.

mmcblk0p9 is only 1mb, and so are mmcblk0p10.
My guess is you fuc*ed up your partitions all the way to efs-partition which is in mmcblk0p11.
