Okay... So I made a clean flash and flashed my built ROM:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=696
with latest FULL MODULAR PACKAGE GApps package (0307), everyhting worked fine... but after wiping cache and dalvik cache and flashing newer version of my ROM (test version 5.0.2) without flashing GApps.. It booted fine, but android.process.phone has stopped working.

This is really annoying when I have to make many times a clean flash to fix that issue.
Maybe I did something wrong? or what..?
I haven't installed any addon packages, just that one Gapps package and my built ROM.

also is there any way to delete easily Videos.apk, Wallet.apk, Chrome.apk, Magazines.apk? (because If I edit the files, I get error 7 from teh recovery, I do something wrong...) As those Google Play apps are blocked here and Chrome can be downloaded from Play store and Galaxy Nexus's System partition size is something 680 Mb and CM even barely fits with the stock KK GApps package.

Anyway... Thanks! and great work PA Devs.. )

for the first question I have no idea, like addon.d backuped old dialer or something. try clearing dialer app data.

for the second question, try deleting those apks directly from zip file without unzipping and zipping back, should work as far as I know. package is signed so that's why you get error. maybe delete those cert files in meta inf would help also.

cannot test ATM.

I haven't unzipped it. I only modified the addon file and updater-script and one another file... But I always edit something wrong.

A lot of people (including me) have had the problem with android.process.phone. AFAIK, the issue only occurs on ROMs that have been built using the CM code-base. CM added support for dual-SIMs, and this created the issue. In my personal case, I realized that the problem was caused by my use of the Mpokang kernel, which has a ramdisk incompatibility with the changes made by CM. I switched to the Franco kernel (cwm-franco.Kernel-tuna-nightly-r396-AnyKernel), and everything works fine again. I'm using a CM nightly (cm-11-20140309-NIGHTLY-maguro), and the PA "Stock" GApps. I did a dirty flash, and only wiped Dalvik and the cache. I'm running ART.

I don't know about that.. As my ROM was based of CM but because of plenty of problems with Gapps and sources + vendor files I got tired and downloaded PA KK sources and now my ROM is based of PA KK and I'm using PA's kernel and kernel shouldn't be the problem causer with GApps.

Only possibility is maybe taht, the GApps script(s) doesn't work correctly with some ROMs..? But I'm not sure at all.. Anyway currently everything is fine after a clean flash.

Just adding feedback my lg g2 d800 with cm11 using stock gapps package couldn't run the Google dialer add on. It gave constant force closes.
