You probably flashed an outdated version of supersu hence why the Bootloop. Flash the 7.19.401.51 ruu from the ruu collection thread.
(not this one, see the sticky threads)

Already explained you what you should do last week in this post
If its unclear, don't hesitate to ask more questions. :good:

If its not connected to the at&t network then you should consider to make it S-OFF (pretty easy to do on hboot 1.44 and also free) and convert it to a debranded version (change the CID, update the firmware and flash a 7.xx.xxx.x ruu) like the developer edition (7.17.1540.51) or WWE edition (7.19.401.51)

I thought I could use a RUU without convert my phone to a debranded version. Anyway my phone its not connected to the at&t network, I know how to make it S-OFF but I dont know how convert it to a debranded version, Can you help me with that?

Thanks a lot and sorry for the inconvenience.

Like I've said in the other thread:
First your firmware is really old and because of that you can't directly flash a 7.xx.xxx.xx RUU.
Anyway my phone its not connected to the at&t network, I know how to make it S-OFF but I dont know how convert it to a debranded version, Can you help me with that?

Thanks a lot and sorry for the inconvenience.[/QUOTE]

Sure I'll help you.
  1. Go ahead and make S-OFF
  2. Download this firmware and this RUU and save both files in your abd/fastboot folder
  3. Change your CID from CWS__001 to 11111111 (8 times "1"):
Boot your phone in bootloader mode then open a cmd window from your adb/fastboot folder and type:
    Code:
    fastboot oem writecid 11111111
    fastboot reboot-bootloader
  4. Then you'll have to update your firmware so your phone can accept the latest RUU:
With your phone still in bootloader mode:
    Code:
    fastboot oem rebootRUU
your phone will reboot in RUU mode, a black screen with silver HTC logo. Once in RUU mode, flash the firmware:
    Code:
    fastboot flash zip Firmware_6.07.1540.2.zip
    fastboot flash zip Firmware_6.07.1540.2.zip
    fastboot reboot-bootloader
Note that you'll have to do the "fastboot flash zip" command twice.
  5. With the phone in bootloader mode, launch the RUU program and follow instructions. Once flashed, your phone will reboot to the OS and you'll be on the latest version.

Thanks a lot man, but I have another question :)
I'm stuck making my phone S-OFF, I thought I could use Revone to make it but seems is not available anymore, What other tool can use to make it S-OFF ?

Thanks a lot again!!!!

RUU 1.28.401.7 corrupted inside (MD5 is good)

CORRUPTED OR NOT?

RUU M7 UL JB 50 HTC Europe 1.28.401.7 Radio 4A.13.3231.27 10.31.1131.05 Release 310878 Signed
is CORRUPTED inside. Maybe is it encrypted nowadays...

I downloaded it twice from Guru website and checked the MD5 (2fd46305b6080830e2ca27a080999b93). Everything is good.

Then launching the RUU and waiting to find files on /temp directory (because I need to copy rom.zip).

When I try to unzip "rom.zip" from /temp folder, few files stays corrupted such as "android-info.txt". From The average 900MB, only 20MB are unzip... Winzip message says "the archive is corrupted"

Can someone try the RUU ? Or can someone tell me how to decrypt if this is the reason...
Please :fingers-crossed:

Try rumrunner s-off

Signed = Encrypted
You can't open an encrypted zip like that, it must be decrypted using linux (ruuveal). If the md5 is good, simply flash the file on your phone (unless you only need a specific file inside the RUU which will require decryption)

To Alray,
THANK YOU :) regarding your answer for "corrupted or not"...
Now I will try to find the way to ruuveal.
My goal is to add orang002 in info.txt to hopefully flash HTC ruu (if I could save the ruu in the same states afterwards...). I can't find a way to s-off 1.55 since rumrunner &co don't work anymore.

You're wasting your time... You won't be able to re-sign the RUU once decrypted, only HTC can. So you'll end up having a decrypted and unsigned RUU. Flashing a an unsigned RUU requires S-OFF..... If rumrunner can't work, use Sunshine S-OFF and change your CID, it will be much simpler and faster than decrypting a RUU to mod the android-info.txt

Which RUU should I use ?

Hello everyone. Here is my problem, I recently moved out from my country to another one, and used a third party website to get a code to unlock SIM locking. Unfortunately the code didn't work because I was on custom ROM as the support told me. I'm now trying to go back to the original ROM in order to get the code to work.
Now, i'm having trouble trying to figure out which RUU.exe I should download.

Here are my CID/MID and more infos (using CID Getter app)

Code:
cidlist : GOOGL01, 11111111, BS_US001, CWS_001, T-MOB010
maincid: GOOGL01
modelid: PN0713000, PN0712000, PN0714000, PN0710000, PN0711000
Back of the phone says : PN071000

Here are more informations on the bootloader :
Code:
*** TAMPERED ***
*** UNLOCKED ***
M7_UL PVT SHIP S-OFF RH
CID-11111111
HBOOT-1.55.0000
RADIO-4A.21.3263.04
OS-3.63.163.1

As I understood, since the phone is on S-OFF, I just have to launch the correct RUU.exe and it will do the job, right ? But I read a lot of things saying I could brick the phone, that's why i'm requesting help on which RUU I should download.
I can provide any more informations if needed.
I'd be really thankful if anyone could help me find the best way to get back to original stock ROM and be able to use my SIM unlock code.
Thank you !

Post the output of "fastboot getvar all" (hide imei and serialno). Info from cid getter are not reliable.
Your phone is s-off so you basically flash any ruu as long as it match with your mid (cid doesn't matters since your phone is superCid). Do you want to update the phone to the latest version at the same time? If you're going to use a Lollipop ruu, you'll need to update your firmware first.

No I'm fine if I can do it later.
For now I downgraded hboot to 1.44 to install previous RUU but unfortunately W10 recognizes the phone in ADB but not when I go to Fastboot. I've been trying to find a driver for hours..

hboot 1.44 being incompatible with windows 8 and above is a well known issue. Downgrading wasn't a really good idea, there are a lot of others options since the phone is s-off, like flashing the latest unbranded RUU version. Unfortunately now you'll have to find a way to use fastboot with hboot 1.44, either by using Windows 7, Linux, MacOS or this guide to get fastboot working on Win8+ and hboot 1.44

Once you get fastboot working I would suggest to convert from your vodafone .163 base to the international .401 base:

  1. update your firmware so your phone can accept the latest RUU:
    Code:
    fastboot oem rebootRUU
    fastboot flash zip M7_UL_Firmware_7.19.401.2.zip
    fastboot flash zip M7_UL_Firmware_7.19.401.2.zip
    fastboot reboot-bootloader
  2. flash the RUU:
    Code:
    fastboot oem rebootRUU
    htc_fastboot flash zip PN07IMG_M7_UL_L50_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_7.19.401.51_Radio_4T.35.3218.16_10.33Q.1718.01L_release_458803_signed.zip
    fastboot reboot
*** dont forget to use htc_fastboot for flashing the RUU.

Firmware: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934534374
Ruu: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24369303960686231
htc_fastboot.exe: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24341993505161791

Download these 3 files and save in your adb/fastboot folder on your computer.
