It's nice with a change sometimes so I made a new bootimage and put it inside param.lfs
It's the one who shows up before the bootanimation.

I did a few bricks myself trying to figure this out but now it works fine for me. Made two files with different logos and both flashed ok and working good..
Just flash back unmodified param and you're up and running again.

Sent through time and space from my s3mini/CM10.1

really nice ...one more step for customization please can you do one thing can you just edit that first param with android can you just make that galaxy s3 mini text more white like the second one you s3 mini logo you posted

It's built up in many layers and I havn't saved any setting for it but I'll see what I can do
