Default messenger events

Hi,
1)Does anyone knows how to configure the messenger events in the JASJAR. I mean Incoming message, contact online, etc. With 2003SE you can configure it like other system events and change the sound, vibrate, etc, but with wm2005 i cant....

2)I cant continue online when i turned off the device. With my XDA2 i can do it..... What can i do? thanks

with utms / 3g you are never supposed to be offline
and universal is a 3g phone of cause it can still use
2g sims
which is where the problem is really i guess

maybe there is some registry setting which can change it

if so then himalaya and blue angel devices with 2005 would also have that setting so if they have a solution it would most likely work for universal too
hhhmm ok i may be a jerk but i'm a jedi jerk like my father was before me
BTW "I can't use a skeleton arm with that"

Does anyone have a hack to stop notifications of people coming online taking up the bottom half of the screen whilst in a conversation?

Here are the registry keys you’ll need to add to your device:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877 D65E-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}]
"Options"=dword:00000008
@="Messenger: Contact Online"
"Wave"="notify"
"Duration"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877 D65F-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}]
"Options"=dword:00000008
@="Messenger: New Message"
"Wave"="notify"
"Duration"=dword:00000000

After adding these you can go to the Sound and Notifications control panel and customize the notification behavior.

Cheers to dingo for that mod

I think the Key you named @ should be named "Default".

Thank you very much Carnivor, this notifications were really annoying!
