HardReset utility needed

Somebody, help me please.. I need to make a hard reset, but WM5.0 doesn't give me to do it b/c of its persistent storage... but standard WM5.0 HardReset Utility can't be started..

please help

Have you tried a Software to reset the same and see if it does? many available...

Ïðè âûêëþ÷åííîì Wizard'å íàæàòü îäíîâðåìåííî òðè êíîïêè è óäåðæèâàòü èõ: âêëþ÷åíèå, ñëåâà âåðõíÿÿ (âûáîð ðåæèìà ðàáîòû ñ ñåòüþ), ñïðàâà âåðõíÿÿ (ãîëîñîâîé íàáîð). Äàëåå ñäåëàòü ñáðîñ ñòèëóñîì è ïðè ýòîì êíîïêè íå îòïóñêàòü è æäàòü... Äàëåå äåéñòâîâàòü ïî íàäïèñè íà äèñïëåå.

I think the easy way would be to use the clear data funtion on the device, select and put in the password stated .. Much the same as the c550 . I remember seeing a screenshot of this application on one of the device reviews.. Bit confused on the button thing above :wink:

The problem is (actually WAS, already) that this function wasn't available b/c of soft reset was made during customization of device with russian ROM...

telemix, на моей прошивке не захотел он так делать... или я просто не смог сделать всё с точостью как ты предлагаешь... хотя и english version of your suggestion I understood (как оказалось :wink: )

only re-FLASHing of device helps in that case
