Hello everyone, I just published as beta a simple DashClock extension that will provide you with the possibility of searching songs with different providers:
  • Google Now (will be launched directly in song mode - try to believe!)
  • Shazam (both Free and Encore - works out of the box!)
  • SoundHound (both versions)
  • MusiXmatch
  • TrackID
  • SoundTracking

Please, feel free to subscribe to Google+ Community to access Beta testing

Installed but not exactly sure as to how to get it to work, running cyanogenmod on samsung galaxy s3. I go to add widgets and it doesnt give me the option to run this.

EDIT
Realized that I needed dash clock. Hence the dashclock tag

Thanks, there's already a similar extension but this one works with Shazam which is awesome.
The link to subscribe to the beta on the G+ page is broken, BTW.

This is not a widget within it's self. This is an extension to the widget Dashclock, you will need to have that (usually comes in Custom ROM's) in order to use this. Correct me if I am wrong OP as I haven't actually dl'ed this yet.
