They should remain frozen. Frozen is really just a name given to what TB and other similar apps do, in order to remove their visibility. Otherwise, you'd have to have a TB service continually running in the background to keep them hidden which is obviously terrible.
You'll obviously have no way to "unfreeze" them as well. Additionally then, there is no guarantee that you can unfreeze them if you re install. Depends on how TB stores the references and if you don't clear data when you uninstall.
I definitely wouldn't suggest uninstalling TB if you used it to freeze apps.
