Default BT Usage on the K-Jam

Hi Everyone. Long time user here but been absent since I got my Audiovox ppc4100 as someone stole my Siemens. EEEKKKK! I know don't say it. Of course I'm looking to upgrade and was previously looking at the PDA2K except for the horrible reports of BT being so poor. For me to upgrade I'd need to have a good BT hands free experience.

So for all you lucky souls who have one of these devices can you please report in as to how your BT experience has been on the K-Jam and which BT headset you are using? Thanks very much

I don't get mine until tomorrow morning at 10:30, but I'll post a report on BT function once I get it.

Wardy, can you elaborate on which BT headset you use? I just don't get the acronym. Thanks for the responses though!

Though according to your signature, you are using Windows Mobile 2nd Edition which would mean you don't have an Imate K-Jam or just haven't updated your signature yet. Please advise and thanks again.

At this point I have had my device for a while and in general BT function is quite good. I have used it with:

Motorola HS810 -- Sound quality good, reception good so long as my body is not between the HS and te phone.

Jabra BT200 -- Sound quality decent, reception good

FrogTalk BT Headset -- Sound quality decent, volume still extremely low.

HP Laptop nc6000 -- Connectivity good, range excelent

only been using the voice dialer so far BT works great. headset works clear. haven't tried pairing with PC or anything else really. and haven't gotten to replace voice dialer with voice command yet.
