(Currently only for the GSM HTC One, carrier variants will probably have data issues.)
-Download the ROM
-Unlock your device using HTCdev unlock
-Flash ClockworkMod Recovery using fastboot. (Tested on http://download2.clockworkmod.com/re...0.3.6-m7ul.img)
-Wipe Data and Cache partitions.
-Flash the ROM
-Flash Gapps (Use the latest jb 4.2.2 version) - http://goo.im/gapps
-Root it by flashing SuperSU (or whatever your choice of SU manager is) - http://download.chainfire.eu/supersu
-The ROM is based on a 4.2.2 Sense ROM, including the Sense frameworks, so technically you can push Sense apps to it and they will work.
-It is NOT rooted nor does it have Gapps preinstalled.
-To get Play working properly, go on the NearMe store (yes, it's all in Chinese), search for "Google Play", and download the Google Play services (the one that's a Google coloured jigsaw piece).
After Rooting The Rom
Install Language Enabler
And Activate All Languages
Then After Restart
Scroll All The Way Down in Settings
You Will Find Small Keyboard Icon
Open it then choose first option
