FL_IOCTL_FORMAT_PHYSICAL_DRIVE

I've upgrade m Qtek9090 to
Version 4.21.1088 Build 15045.2.6.0
Iv'e unhide, unlock the ROM and reboot
After that when I'd try to format with Repart_DOC.exe
I had this message FL_IOCTL_FORMAT_PHYSICAL_DRIVE.
I'd look around a while but without succes.
What should I do ?

I'm also getting the FL_IOCTL_FORMAT_PHYSICAL_DRIVE error when I try to
reformat my storage area in preparation of upgrading to WM5. I upgraded to the SX66 Standardization Project rom with no problems. I had the same error before that upgrade. Until I can reformat my storage I can't go to WM5 on this device. Please help!!!
