EDIT: Got the good ol "Status 7" installation aborted error. Any ideas? I am guessing I can't use with ATT?

Try turning off signature verification or flash twrp. If its a gsm build, it should work on any HTC one gsm phone

One thing that is missing or at least on my wish list.

Option to change long press home for recents.

Seems pretty stable to me, only bug I've found so far is that BBC iPlayer wont install (unknown error -24) and bluetooth connection to my car stereo is not great, (lots of pops and breakups) but useable (Edit - I believe that's the same for all aosp based 4.3 roms).
