Simply add support for none supported characters and languages
I have a Galaxy Pocket with Arabic ROM, I live in Turkey now.
I tried to make dictionaries and browsers show the Turkish letters well Like: "Ç , Ö , Ü , Ş " , But Android 2.3.6 is so narrow and enclosed.
Tried all TuTs in this forum and others . None worked. so i decided to find a way and i found it and succeeded.
1- You must have your phone rooted.
2- download attached fonts.
3- download or use unlocked ifont app from google play or anywhere like BMA.
4- extract fonts to your SD/USB storage.
5- open ifont and go to : custom , then click in the screen and browse for fonts that you extracted and chose one and assign it.
6- Reboot your phone.
Tested on Galaxy Pocket S5300 Arabic and English stock ROMs.
Arabic and Turkish and other Latin private characters were shown and Typing test on Smart Keyboard for alot of languages.
