Default How do I setup GPRS connections?

I setup my tmobile connections for WAP and MMS, but I can't figure out how to connect to GPRS via WAP. On my PDA2K I had an "tap to connect" under the G icon, but there's nothing there now and I've setup the connections. I managed to get to make a connection but only by going to IE and connecting....I later found out the only way to disconnect was to hold down the "Call End" button.

Has anyone got a connection under their G icon?

Thanks for that page, but I've got all that information and set it up. I can't seem to get the connection to be listed under the G icon. Usually I just tap the G and get an option to connect to WAP or GPRS. Not now.

that is a bug. open a browser and surf... it should dial on demand.

to keep it on all the time:
HKLM\Comm\ConnMgr\Providers\7C (the 2nd key)\Connections\(your connection name\AlwaysOn

change from a 0 to a 1

Ah, that would explain it. Kind of a pain. I'm also not too keen on keeping a GPRS connection all the time. BTW, I finally managed to download the settings from iMate, but they really didn't seem to help.

Thanks Mix!
