So I've been getting this message occasionally the last few days, and voice/calling does indeed get disabled. A simple restart gets me back up and running for a day or so.

I am rooted but I specifically only noticed this since replacing my mobile hotspot provisioning app with the modified version from the dev forum.

Anyone else ever get this? It's a system notification in my task bar. I'll grab a screenshot next time. Think it's something to worry about?

I got this when I went into the elevator arty work where there is no service. I freaked out as well but I just think it's a no service message
