I got my Qtek 2020i to work with the HT820 headset both with calls and music but with the music the treble spikes.it can be a lil anoying especially with a song that uses drummer playing on the metal disc(not sure wat it called) I tried a mp3 192kbps and still u can hear it. any suggestions. I downloaded a cab file to get the music working is there any other cab or file i could try?

So, is there an update to this? i.e. Play / Skip Buttons?

I seem to have the same problem and wondered if anyone has sorted it yet?

Cheers

Just use TCPMP(www.corecodec.com, www.tcpmp.org) player and turn on Broadcom Button support in adv. options.

I am using my headphones with full button support.

Simply incerase file cache from Automatic to 2048Kb and your system will be much faster. Also, it will solve problem with incorrect sound routing(bluetooth sound transfer occupies anout 40% of cpu time sometimes, including MP3 decodning).

Ok an Update now, I had 0.72 RC 1 installed so thought I'd go back a version to 0.71.

THe same settings are there and changed, Now if I get a call, answer with left button, put down with left button the audio gateway goes. the right hand side still works but no audio to the headphones, only way is to disconnect bluetooth connection and reconnect.

Very Strange. I wonder if we will ever get this to work as it should lol,

If you mean spikes as in distortion in the sound, that's most probably because your sound level is too high. Turn down the volume of your headset, and it'll sound fine. I experience this problem if I turn my headset up too high, it's a design flaw (in my humble opinion) of many bluetooth headset devices, but unfortunately it's quite common.
