Unhide/Unlocking Universal Ext Rom ??

Hi

On my BA there were some tools to do this. I am assuming that they have not yet been created for the universal yet (unless I am missing something?)

I tried the BA ones (nothing to loose), to no avail.

On my BA, I always used to cherry pick what I wanted from the extended rom post install.

currently you can't unlock the extended rom, but with totakcommander you can type /Extended_Rom on the commandline and you'll see the content of the folder. You can start the .cab files from there or copy them to the SD card.
You can't copy anything back to the extended rom.

hey Buzz, got my exec this morning.... wow it's actually not that much bigger than my old xda ii + the keyboard is cool.....

list of things we need :-

ext-rom unlocker
keyboard skins
all the other cool stuff you do

can't wait

BTW the o2 gui is bollox, we need to get rid of it asap.

Yeah... Dopod from Michael (mwang) arrived today as well, but they want me to pay the custom fee... oh well...
So it is now blocked at the post office and i have to give them proof of it's price.. hmm.... or something like that...
