Just bought an MDA Compact - how to flash it?

Hi all, newbie here, tried searching but had no luck

Ive bought a MDA COMPACT off ebay and its already unlocked. but its got TMOBILE software on it. how do i get rid of this so its "bare"? ive been told it needs "flashing with a ROM" but i havent a clue about this. can someone advise me please.
