ROM: d-h.st/PSq

Changes over April 18 Nightly:
- Multiwindow (Floating/Resize/Move/Split) - http://goo.gl/n0Doic
- Lockscreen notifications from AOSPAL - http://goo.gl/OLk6oe
- Lockscreen wallpaper (Settings -> Security Settings -> Lockscreen)
- CM's Theme engine
- Battery saver (Settings -> Battery)
- On the go mode (See through display) (Settings -> Menus)
- Full white kitkat theme
- Allow pausing downloads
- Fixed camera video preview
- Stability enhancements to AOSP Gallery app
- Enhancements to AOSP messaging app (mark as unread)

To launch app in multiwindow -
1) Enable circle app sidebar from Settings->More...
2) Select apps you wanna see in sidebar/multiwindow
3) Launch circle app sidebar (swipe from right edge of the screen)
4) Hold an app and select float view

Or long press app icon in OmniSwitch and select float view.

P.S. The white theme will not be merged into nightlies. This is because all apps are designed to look good with aosp colors, not custom theme.

Awesome, can't wait to flash.

Is this based on CM or completely independent fork built from AOSP? If second, not many features are probably done yet right?

They are actually (ex) CM developers. With the recent changes in the CyanogenMod team, some devleopers decided to follow a different path and started OmniRom project.
Of course the project is based on Cyanogenmod which they contributed to for years, but in time, differences will be more obvious.
The good thing is, @pulser_g2 is with them, a guy is dedicated to Note 2
