Try repartitioning your nand manually via 4ext. ie, keep same partitions sizes but change order. This is possible via 4ext.

You may not be able to find /boot in there, and if that's faulted, I would recommend htc.

Note that since you have s-off, take care what partitions you modify. DO NOT TOUCH ANY FIRMWARE PARTITIONS, or you'll get bricked.

he has`nt mentioned how to repartition my nand.. plus he i guess used a terminal from inside the phone to get these info, which i cannot do as i cannot boot into a rom with even 60%success,
how do i go and manage or repartition the nand ?

If your nand is burned, I doubt it can be fixed from the software side. You can try http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1304656. But if your kernel/boot partition is broken, you'll have to contact htc, as it's a hardware problem.

if you have unlock bootloader relock it
then download the ruu which corresponds with your cid and region(same firmware or higher)
connect the device to pc in fastboot mode(in the hboot screen should say fastboot usb)

double click to the ruu.exe and follow the on screen instructions
