This doesn't really mean a lot, KNOX is an integrate MDM, something you can turn on/off.

You have to make an account on the web version and sign in first. Then, download the app and log in as well. Click on the link on the web version again, and click "import file." Go back to the app, click on the link and you'll be downloading

I'm assuming you mean on the phone?

I'm on a laptop web browser and saw none of the above. Just clicked download.

Sigh... I really wanted to sleep tonight. DSL sucks..
