This will flash The STOCK ASUS Odex ROM/ Locked Bootloader / Stock Recovery
Your Tablet will be 100% Stock (This is good in case you need to return your Tablet/ Guarantee)

INFO:
Buid: ME173X_WW_user_4.2.4.06716_20130918
Android OS: JB 4.2.2

OTA Works (The Official ASUS Update)

Whether this procedure will work with tablet installed at the factory ROM? -
Version of Android is 4.2.1
Build number is: ME173X_WW_user_4.2.1.75146_20130523

Thanks

Fixed that error, now I get this

BROM ERROR : S_SECURITY_SEC_CFG_IMAGE_CUST_NAME_MISMATCH (6074) , MSP ERROE CODE : 0x00.

How did you fix this error?
I am getting frustrated because I seem not to be able to solve this one.

The OP has been revised. I followed the revised steps, and that error was gone.

Good luck!

I'm clearly blind and dumb
Obviously I'm blind, but can anyone tell me where the downloads section mentioned in the instructions is?

If you're on a computer, there are TABs at the top of the forum screen, one of the tabs is "download", took me a while to find it also, lol

Found it, also downloaded the torrent (however there's no seeders currently) and I'm going to be seeding it on a 1 gigabit symmetrical seedbox with unmetered bandwidth. This means you torrent loving folks should be able to leech from me at speeds approaching 50MB/sec if your ISP supports those speeds.
