outoolk 20003 problem sincronization on qtek 9000

Outlook 2003 do noy sincronize on qtek 9000 , whi? qtek in connected via bt on pc and work fine but i planner apoitment on outlook 2003 it does not transfert on outlook pocke pc . But i planner apointment on pocket pc it sincronize on outlook 2003 pc WHI ??? grrr
